Equilibrium Consulting announces their 10-year anniversary highlighted by growth in services and people.

Equilibrium Consulting was formed using a gift card that Peter Busam received from a IT partner after exiting the channel. Fast forward to 2018 where Equilibrium has expanded services from coaching to include professional services architecture and quoting software optimization, a fully outsourced marketing agency for IT companies to the development of connectmyPSA™ software.

Equilibrium has come a long way since their humble beginnings in a little house in NJ; the firm now proudly serves 100+ clients and has recently experienced notable internal growth, expanding from two employees to six within the last four quarters.

The annual competition, now in its sixth edition since the inaugural event at TPC Sawgrass in 2012, pits 13 injured servicemen and veterans from the United States against their British counterparts in a Ryder Cup-style tournament that raises funds and awareness for the On-Course Foundation – a charitable organization which is registered in both the USA and the UK.

“We are particularly proud to support the injured veterans allowing them to compete at high levels against peers that they fought with side by side.” Said Peter Busam, CEO of Equilibrium Consulting. “We look forward to Team USA have a great event and bringing the trophy home again.”

Team USA will arrive at Royal Birkdale as the defending champions, having lured the Cup away from Great Britain at Oak Hill last year in a thrilling match. It added to Team USA’s previous triumph in 2014 at Congressional, although it is the Brits who hold the overall lead with wins at Sawgrass, Lytham and Royal St George’s.

To accomplish this, the Marketing Associate will work closely with the teammates and clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns, develop content, manage social media, and participate in any form of marketing or public relations to assist clients in company growth.

The Marketing Associate needs to have very strong written and verbal communication skills, be very organized, detail oriented, efficient, and reliable.
